Biography

J'Monique Wilson always had a vision and passion for beauty. As a child, she remembers teaching herself to braid and would attempt to recreate the different hairstyles that she would see on television and in magazines. While in high school she began taking advance Math and Art classes and fell in love with the two. She learned that both mathematics and art are components of cosmetology. To further her knowledge, she enrolled in several photography classes. This was only the beginning of her journey.

J'Monique attended Clayton State University and obtained degrees both in Business as well as Education. J'Monique has held many positions in many career fields. From Internet programming to teaching pre-kindergarten, she has done it all. Although these other careers had their perks, none were as satisfying as the fashion and beauty industry.

She relocated to Atlanta and graduated first of her class from the prestigious Paul Mitchell the School Atlanta. It was at this time that she formed J'Monique Creations. She has now brought her talents to the Seattle Metro Area.
